These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KD Web Design website and services. By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to these Terms. KD Web Design provides custom web design, branding, visual identity, website strategy, and optional add‑on services such as copywriting, SEO, and maintenance. The specific details of your project will be outlined in your proposal or contract. To begin a project, a non‑refundable deposit is required, and all remaining payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Work will not begin or continue without the required payments, and late payments may delay the project timeline.
As a client, you agree to provide all necessary content, images, and information needed for your project, respond to communication in a timely manner, and review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline. Your package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal, and additional revisions may incur extra fees. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design, branding files, and any content or images you provided. KD Web Design retains ownership of all unused design concepts, our design process, tools, and proprietary methods, as well as the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We will assist with launching your website once final payment is received. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless purchased separately, and you are responsible for hosting, domain, and platform fees unless otherwise stated. Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non‑refundable. KD Web Design is not liable for loss of revenue or data, website downtime caused by hosting providers, or issues resulting from client edits or third‑party plugins. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. Either party may terminate the project in writing, but all completed work must be paid for, and deposits remain non‑refundable.
